Once you’re postpartum, we recommend our postpartum trainings for your recovery! If you have any concerns please check in with your trainer and let us know if you have any other questions!
Yes! Our training programs are designed to both relieve prolapse symptoms and improve severity!
1) Strengthening the tissues around your prolapse to provide optimal support.
2) Optimizing your pressure management so that the weakened tissues are not taking on unwanted pressure day to day.
ALL of this is addressed in our training programs to help heal your prolapse.
Our training programs are for anyone who wants to heal and strengthen their core and pelvic floor. As long as you’ve been cleared by your provider for exercise our programs are for you!
Yes, our programs can be done at home or at your local gym.
If you choose to do these trainings at home you'll need following equipment:
A small pilates ball, about 9" or sub a rolled up a towel/pillow. A hip circle/booty band, 12.5" circular resistance band. A long resistance band with handles, 15-20 lbs. A small hard ball like a lacrosse ball, a foam roller and a bench, or chair to act as a bench.
All of these items can be easily purchased off of Amazon.
* Optional equipment: light to medium dumbbells (5-12 lbs for most).
